Users of the Site are solely responsible for keeping passwords and other account identifiers safe and secure. The account owner is entirely responsible for all activities that occur under account. Furthermore, you must notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account. The site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.

Registration:

To use some of the services or features you will need to register. When you register you are required to to some of your current personal information that is true and accurate and complete. In any change of your registration information, please update your information in our website immediately. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify Le Merge Fashion through our customer care immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Please refer to our privacy policy for information about how we use your data.

Placing an order:

When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We then carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on the card.

We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).

You may be able to cancel (not change) your order within a short period of ordering – timings depend on your chosen delivery method (and will be set out in the acknowledgement email). You can’t change your order – you’ll need to cancel (and/or return original item(s)), and re-order.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Don’t worry, if there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.

Very occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close or freeze an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order) – If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, – get in touch with Customer Care and they’ll be happy to speak to you about it.

Prices and product descriptions:

Our employees may price up or describe a product or promo wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or canceling it.

If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full.

Prices shown on the site are in Qatari Riyals or US Dollars and are exclusive of VAT. Customers will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the courier agency or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. If customer did not pick the package from courier agency and the items were returned to us any additional cost will not be refunded to the customer and will be deducted from the order refund value.

Depending on the value of your order or the delivery option or address you choose, delivery costs may also be charged. Such additional charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard and any other methods advertised on the site from time to time. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Le Merge Fashion, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take reasonable care to make our site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Simplify, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, Le Merge Fashion uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) . 
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.

Promo Codes:

From time to time, we may give you Promo Codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products. Remember, it’s up to you to enter the code at checkout!

Each Promo Code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it’s issued to you (e.g. what products, single/multiple use, when it can be used etc).

If you’re given a unique Promo Code that is meant just for you (e.g. a student Promo Code) please keep it secret and don’t let anyone else use it or abuse it (e.g. don’t post it on social media). If we think there is or has been misuse of a Promo Code in any way (e.g. selling it or sharing it with others), we can cancel your Promo Code and/or suspend or even close your account without telling you.

Delivery:

Le Merge Fashion insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Le Merge Fashion, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. 
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Le Merge Fashion is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping provider or destination customs clearance processes.

Returns and refunds:

International Orders:

You have 21 days to return an item from when it’s delivered (we strongly recommend that you get proof of postage). Returned item must be in the original packing, unused and in the original conditions. If it’s in unsuitable condition or worn, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you. If you'd like a refund for your goods but you can't return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.

There's no need to let us know you're returning something, just fill it in the returns note inside your parcel and pop it back to us. We'll refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags.

Accessories are not refundable nor exchangeable.

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 21 day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost. Depending on the options available in your country, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items.

We don’t offer exchange option, is case if you would like to replace the item or change the size or color, please return your unwanted item, and place a new order.

Orders shipped to Qatar:

Exchange is allowed within 14 days and refund is allowed within 7 with original receipt. Items must be in their original condition: unused, unaltered having the original tags attached. Accessories are not refundable nor exchangeable.
