Le Merge Fashion insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Le Merge Fashion, and transfer of responsibility in the same way. Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Le Merge Fashion is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping provider or destination customs clearance processes.
Returns
International Orders:
You have 21 days to return an item from when it’s delivered (we strongly recommend that you get proof of postage). Returned item must be in the original packing, unused and in the original conditions. If it’s in unsuitable condition or worn, we won’t be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you. If you'd like a refund for your goods but you can't return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
There's no need to let us know you're returning something, just fill it in the returns note inside your parcel and pop it back to us. We'll refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags
Accessories are not refundable nor exchangeable.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 21 day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost. Depending on the options available in your country, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning any items.
We don’t offer exchange option, is case if you would like to replace the item or change the size or color, please return your unwanted item, and place a new order.

Orders shipped to Qatar:
Exchange is allowed within 14 days and refund is allowed within 7 with original receipt. Items must be in their original condition: unused, unaltered having the original tags attached. Accessories are not refundable nor exchangeable.
